One of our favorite ways to eat an Aberdeen Buttery is with jam. That made us think that adding jam prior to baking would be a great idea. We use a lovely strawberry jam with lots of real strawberry chunks. The jam flavor is in nearly every bite. Add a bit of clotted cream and you've got a decadent breakfast. Add some vanilla ice cream for an incredible dessert.
