Gbolade Omidiran is a graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife, Nigeria. He had his art training at OAU where he got his B.A (Hons.) and M.F.A degrees.

He has exhibited in Lagos, Nigeria; Kenya, London, Germany, New York and Minnesota.
